Terms of Service

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. Who we are

BuildPilot (buildpilot.world) is a product operated by Serving India, a partnership firm ("we", "us", "our"). Serving India is the seller of record for all subscriptions and purchases made through BuildPilot.

By creating an account or using BuildPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What BuildPilot is

BuildPilot is a self-serve software product. It uses artificial intelligence to give you structured, automated guidance that helps you turn an idea into a real outcome, and to track your progress as you build. All guidance is generated by software. BuildPilot does not provide human consulting, coaching, advisory, or professional services of any kind.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a subscription. If you are under 18, you may use BuildPilot only under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms and who owns and manages the account and any payment on your behalf. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your login details secure, and for all activity under your account.

4. Free trial

BuildPilot offers a free trial that includes a limited number of messages. The trial does not require a payment method and does not expire by time. When your trial usage is complete, you may choose to subscribe to continue. You are never charged automatically from the trial.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal

BuildPilot is offered as a single subscription plan, billed either monthly or annually:

  • Monthly plan: $39.99 per month
  • Annual plan: $34.99 per month, billed as one annual payment of $419.88

Both options provide identical access. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period using your chosen payment method, until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout and may include applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected by our payment provider.

6. Payments and merchant of record

Payments are processed by Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, Paddle acts as the seller for that transaction and handles payment processing, billing, invoicing, and the calculation, collection, and remittance of applicable sales tax, VAT, and GST. Paddle's name may appear on your bank or card statement alongside BuildPilot. Your use of the payment process is also subject to Paddle's terms.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and your subscription does not renew after that. Cancelling does not by itself trigger a refund; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Refunds

Our Refund Policy is a part of these Terms and is available on the Refund Policy page.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use BuildPilot to create, promote, or carry out anything unlawful, harmful, abusive, or infringing, and not to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems. We may suspend or end access to accounts that breach these Terms.

Fair use. BuildPilot applies usage limits to keep the service fast and sustainable for everyone. We may adjust these limits over time. Your account is for your personal use, so please do not share your login or let others use your account. Do not access the service through automated means such as scripts, bots, or scrapers, and do not attempt to work around usage limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

10. Your content and your outputs

You keep ownership of the ideas and information you enter, and of the plans and other outputs BuildPilot generates for you. You are responsible for how you use those outputs. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to operate and improve the service.

11. Artificial intelligence, important notice

BuildPilot's guidance is generated by artificial intelligence. It may contain errors, omissions, or out-of-date information, and it is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not professional advice, and it is not a substitute for legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on or acting on it.

12. Service availability and changes

We work to keep BuildPilot available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

BuildPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of any content you consider important.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serving India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of BuildPilot. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

15. Termination

You may stop using BuildPilot at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that creates risk or liability.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use BuildPilot after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Asansol, West Bengal, India.
