Our refund policy

BuildPilot (buildpilot.world) is a product operated by Serving India. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

We want you to feel confident subscribing to BuildPilot.

If you request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

First, cancel your subscription from your Account page. Then email us at support@buildpilot.world within 14 days of your first subscription payment, from the email address on your account. Refunds are intended for users who have not substantially used the service. We will process your full refund to your original payment method.

After the 14-day period

After 14 days have passed since your first payment, that payment is non-refundable. You can still cancel your subscription at any time to stop future renewals. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Renewal payments

Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Renewal payments are non-refundable. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel before your renewal date; you will keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Free trial

BuildPilot offers a free trial with no payment required, so you can try the service before you subscribe.
